Terms of ServiceBy ordering from me you agree to buy with my terms! If you have a problem with any of the terms they can be changed if discussed with me before payment.Please read them carefully! ^^
☆ PAYMENT•Payments must be made by PayPal ONLY.•Payment will be made 50% upon approval of the sketch and 50% before I send you the finished illustration•If the sketch has many changes, a fee will be charged for my time worked.•If the order is on a very tight deadline, a fee will be charged for urgency.•A fee will be charged if you want something changed in the final design.•My values are base values! They can be changed according to the complexity of the artwork.☆ REFUNDS•Incase something happens and I am unable to continue/start your commission, you will receive a refund of the amount paid.•The buyer is NOT allowed a REFUND once I have started working on the commission - since the sketch has already been approved.•If you paid the full price up front and want to cancel the order before I start working on it, the buyer will receive a refund of the full price.☆ USEGE POLICYI have permission to use your commission to:
•Promote my work
•Display them everywhere I like, such as: portfolios, social media, etc.The buyer is NOT allowed to:
•Declare the artwork as their own
•Modify or paint over the artwork
•Resell the artwork or use it to mass produce products of any kind.☆ OTHERS•I have the right to give up or refuse the commission at any time, for any reason.•Do you have a problem with your order? Let me know so we can find a solution together.•If the buyer offends me in any way I reserve the right to cancel your order and keep part of the payment for my time worked.•Don't rush me. I may be dealing with more than one customer at a time, don't worry, I guarantee your order will be ready!:)

☆ HOW DOES IT WORK TO BUY A COMMISSION WITH YOU?•The most important thing is the explanation of how you want the artwork, don't be afraid to detail it! The more you tell me about your commission better I'll be able to reproduce it the way you imagined it :)•When ordering, don't forget to send me reference images. You can also send me moodboards, Pinterest folders and other images of specific details you want. Ex: Specific color palette, poses, backgrounds.•The sketch is the ideal time to make changes to the art, you can tell me about the things you like and don't like, if you want to remove or add other things. Remember that changes made after approval of the sketch are charged separately!•Then once you are satisfied, finally the sketch goes to finishing, and within a period of time your art will be ready! :)•I'll always be updating you about the process. If something unexpected happens, I'll be sure to let you know as soon as possible.☆ABOUT THE DEADLINE:The deadline to complete your commission may vary between 1 week and 1 month.If something unforeseen happens and your order deadline increases, I will let you know in advance.Do you need your order ready on a specific date?
